Key Responsibilities:
Tally Technical Support:
Provide technical support for Tally Prime, including troubleshooting installation, configuration, and operational issues.
Assist customers with GST, VAT, Payroll, TDL, and customization in Tally.
Resolve software errors, data corruption, and integration issues with third-party applications.
Guide clients on Tally best practices, upgrades, and new features.
Maintain records of client queries, resolutions, and feedback in CRM software.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong knowledge of Tally Prime 9 / Tally Prime (Technical Support & Troubleshooting).
Experience in customer service, inbound sales, or technical support is a plus.
Good understanding of GST, taxation, inventory, and accounting principles.
Familiarity with digital sales strategies (Google Ads, SEO, WhatsApp, email marketing).
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer queries effectively.
Experience with CRM software for tracking customer interactions (preferred).
