We are looking for an TALLY SOFTWARE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join our team. The role involves Roles & Responsibilities of a Software Support Executive
•Provide technical support to users via calls, emails, or tickets
•Troubleshoot software issues and guide users with solutions
•Log, track, and resolve support tickets within SLA timelines
•Escalate complex issues to technical teams when required
•Perform basic software configuration, testing, and updates
•Maintain user guides, FAQs, and support documentation
•Coordinate with development and QA teams for issue resolution
Educational Qualification
Degree UG - BBA / B.Com
Commerce background mandatory
