Assist clients with installation, setup, and basic configuration of Tally ERP / TallyPrime.
Provide first-level support for queries related to accounting entries, ledgers, GST, invoicing, and reporting in Tally.
Troubleshoot software issues and escalate complex problems to the senior support team if required.
Guide clients in using Tally on Cloud and other related services.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Coordinate with the technical team for timely issue resolution.
Deliver excellent customer service and build positive client relationships.
Education: Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BCA, or any related field (freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Tally software (training will be provided).
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Hands-on training on Tally and Cloud-based solutions.
