Tally Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Tally ERP software for clients.

• Handle troubleshooting and resolve Tally-related issues (data corruption, configuration errors, etc.).

• Provide remote and on-site support to customers regarding Tally functionalities.

• Assist in data migration, backup, and restoration.

• Train end-users on Tally ERP features, reports, and GST compliance.

• Coordinate with the technical team for software upgrades and customization.

• Maintain records of support requests and solutions provided.

• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and maintain customer satisfaction.
