Position Details
Role: Office & Accounts Executive
Location: Borjhara, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Experience: 1–3 years (Accounts / Administration / Operations)
Role Overview
Tejas Polymers is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage site-level accounting, documentation, and operational coordination. The role requires strong proficiency in Tally/Busy, disciplined data handling, and effective cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Accounting & Financial Operations
· Record daily transactions in Tally/Busy (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals)
· Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records
· Generate invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans
· Perform account, stock, and outstanding reconciliations
· Office Administration
· Maintain organized documentation and records
· Manage email communication with vendors and customers
· Prepare structured MIS reports (sales, stock, dispatch)
· Inventory & Dispatch Coordination
· Track inventory movements (inward/outward) in system
· Coordinate with store/site teams for stock accuracy
· Support dispatch planning and documentation
· Compliance & Accuracy
· Ensure audit-ready documentation and GST compliance
· Maintain high accuracy across all entries and reports
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate (Commerce preferred) or relevant diploma
Mandatory experience in Tally and/or Busy
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and office tools
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Effective communication and coordination skills
Preference for candidates based in/near Raipur/Borjhara
