Job Description

Maintain real-time stock records in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Record all inward (GRN) and outward (issue/sales) entries
Monitor stock levels and flag shortages/excess proactively
Perform item-wise, batch-wise, and location-wise tracking
Process purchase returns and sales returns in Tally
Validate return quantities with physical stock and documentation
Track damaged, expired, or rejected goods separately
Ensure proper adjustment in inventory and accounts
