Tally Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Busy Operator to join our team. The role involves efficiently handling various tasks related to sales and inventory management, including creating sales invoices, GR invoices, managing inventory, printing barcodes, and ensuring timely stock dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage sales invoices accurately and promptly.

• Generate Goods Receipt (GR) invoices and maintain records.

• Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure availability for orders.

• Print and manage barcodes for efficient inventory tracking and management.

• Coordinate with warehouse personnel for timely stock dispatch and delivery.

• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update databases accordingly.

• Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding inventory management and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Busy Operator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in inventory management software and barcode systems.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure.
