Tally Operator

Responsibilities:

Identify training needs of client staff of Rapigrow business consultants & train them on various topics, products, sales processes & technique.

 Would be require to prepare monthly training calendar & share with client & project manager for various trainings at client place and in-house.

 Would be responsible to document various trainings imparted at client place & report to change in schedule if any to Project manager & Rapigrow management.

 Would be responsible to travel to conduct trainings at various client offices across the territory.

 Would be responsible to evaluate training effectiveness by taking feedback & update client & Rapigrow management on day to day basis.

 Would be responsible to Co-ordinate with Tally Team.

 Would be responsible to update his/her knowledge about Tally from Tally Team.

Requisite Skills:

Must have good understanding of training tools & techniques.

 candidate should have good communication skills, presentation & training skills.

 Should have knowledge of Ms office, excel, PowerPoint.

 Should have good communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
