Tally Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tally Operator to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on exposure to Tally and MS Excel. This role will support daily accounting operations and assist the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments).

• Record and reconcile cash, bank, and ledger accounts.

• Assist in preparation of invoices, bills, and vouchers.

• Support the accounts team in bookkeeping and documentation.

• Maintain proper records of stock, expenses, and vendor transactions.

• Assist in month-end closing activities as required.

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with basic accounting standards and internal processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

• Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Ability to work with numbers accurately and maintain records systematically.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Willingness to learn and grow within the accounting function.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

• Exposure to accounting in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage.

• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented with a professional attitude.

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
