Tally Operator

Job Title: Tally Operator – Manufacturing Industry

Location: Mumbai / Navi Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

Industry: Pneumatics / Industrial / Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

2. Prepare & maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) in accounting system

3. Manage inventory, material in/out, stock journal entries

4. Vendor invoice entry, purchase & sales billing

5. Maintain GRN, delivery challan, purchase order entries

6. Coordinate with stores & purchase team for stock updates

7. Assist in GST, TDS, Bank Reconciliation & monthly statements

8. Support in cost sheet & basic manufacturing accounting

9. Maintain customer & vendor ledger records

10. Assist in audit & documentation as required

Key Requirements

1. Graduate (B.Com preferred)

2. 1–3 years experience in accounts / Tally role in manufacturing industry

3. Must know Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

4. BOM / production / store-related entry knowledge is a must

5. Strong MS Excel & documentation skills

6. Knowledge of GST, TDS & basic accounting concepts

7. Good communication & coordination skills

Preferred Experience

1. Pneumatic / automation / engineering / industrial components industry

2. Exposure to inventory accounting & manufacturing entries
