Position: Billing Executive / Tally Operator – Billing

Job Summary

Dupack Poly Films is looking for a male Billing Executive (Tally Operator) to handle customer billing, dispatch-related documentation, and billing entries in Tally. The role requires working in rotational shifts to support plant and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of sales invoices in Tally ERP

• Billing as per dispatch details, challans, and orders

• Verification of quantity, rate, GST, and customer details before billing

• Coordination with dispatch, stores, and production teams

• Maintain customer billing records and invoice registers

• Generate e-way bills and e-invoices (if applicable)

• Posting sales entries and updating customer ledgers in Tally

• Handling sales returns and credit notes

• Daily reconciliation of billing vs dispatch

• Maintain proper filing of invoices and related documents

• Support accounts team for GST returns and audits

Candidate Requirements

• Male candidate required

• Graduate / HSC / Commerce background preferred

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in billing role

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP

• Basic knowledge of GST, e-way bills, and invoicing

• Experience in manufacturing / factory environment preferred

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Skills Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic MS Excel knowledge

• Ability to work under pressure during dispatch hours

• Good coordination and communication skills

Shift & Working Conditions

• Rotational 8 Hours shifts as per plant requirement

• Weekly off as per company policy that is only on Sunday

Salary:

12 to 20k per month

• It is a Full Time Accountant job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
