Position: Accounts Executive

Location: F-140, Focal Point, Phase-8, Ludhiana

Company: Batra Pad Printing & Automation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in Tally Prime to manage day-to-day accounting operations, invoicing, and financial records. The candidate should ensure accuracy in accounts and smooth handling of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage sales and purchase invoices in Tally Prime

Record daily accounting entries (receipts, payments, journal entries)

Maintain ledger accounts, outstanding balances, and reconciliations

Handle cash transactions and daily cash reconciliation

Assist in GST entries, returns data preparation, and compliance

Maintain and update Excel sheets for accounts and reports

Coordinate with sales and purchase departments for billing and records

Generate basic MIS reports for management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in B.Com / Accounts / Finance preferred

1–3 years experience in accounting role

Strong knowledge of Tally Prime

Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles

Proficiency in MS Excel

Good accuracy, discipline, and attention to detail
