Job Title: Tally Operator & CRM Executive

📍 Location: Mowa, Raipur
💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description

Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime.
Generate invoices, vouchers, and GST bills.
Handle purchase, sales, and inventory records.
Manage customer data and update CRM software regularly.
Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth operations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely record maintenance.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Tally Prime
Basic knowledge of GST and accounting
Experience with CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
MS Excel & MS Office
Data Entry & Record Management
Customer Follow-up & Communication Skills
Inventory & Billing Management
Attention to Detail and Accuracy

Qualification: Graduate (B.Com/BBA or equivalent preferred)
