Tally Operater

The Pacific Consultancy Services are looking for an ERP Operator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily accounting entries, assisting with billing, reconciliation and helping ensure smooth financial operations using Tally/Logic/other ERPs.

Key Responsibilities -

• Recording day to day financial transactions in ERP.

• Handling sales and purchase entries, credit/debit notes and inventory records.

• Preparing and maintaining invoices, bills, challans and e-way bills.

• Generating regular reports for management (e.g., Stock Summary, Outstanding Reports, Sales Reports etc.)

• Coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements -

• Minimum 1 - 3 Years of Experience working as an ERP Operator.

• Proficiency in Tally/Logic/Other ERPs is a must, working knowledge of Logic ERP will be an advantage.

  • Basic understanding of GST, TDS and Accounting Principles.

  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education Qualification -

• B.Com/BBA/or Equivalent.

• Certification in Tally preferred.

Working Hours - 10am to 7pm (Monday to Saturday)

Work from Office

Salary - 12k to 18k(Depends on Experience)
