Job Title: Tally Data Entry Operator

Location: Dadar East

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Tally Data Entry Operator / Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting entries in Tally. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally (Sales, Purchases, Receipts, Payments, Journals).

• Maintain and reconcile ledgers, accounts, and bank statements.

• Generate GST, TDS, and other tax reports as required.

• Assist in preparing invoices, credit/debit notes, and other accounting documents.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of records.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

• Coordinate with auditors and provide necessary data during audits.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working with Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Proficient in MS Excel and other accounting tools.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax rules will be an added advantage

• Good communication and organizational skills.
