Job description – TALLY ERP TRAINER Instructing students in computerized accounting, GST compliance, and practical financial management using Tally software. Key Responsibilities  Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver structured classroom, lab, or online lessons on TallyPrime, accounting fundamentals, and bookkeeping.  Teach Taxation & Compliance: Provide practical training on Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), payroll management, and inventory handling.  Develop Curriculum: Design lesson plans, training materials, practical assignments, and business scenarios for students.  Assess Student Progress: Monitor attendance, evaluate tests and projects, and offer constructive feedback to improve learner proficiency.  Clear Doubts: Provide individual guidance and simplify complex financial concepts for students. Required Qualifications & Skills  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (e.g., B.Com, BBA).  Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in TallyPrime, Tally ERP, and MS Office Suite (specifically Excel).  Domain Knowledge: Sound understanding of Indian taxation, accounting standards, and payroll processing.  Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to explain technical processes clearly to beginners and advanced learners. Salary – Rs. 18,000/- to 22,000/- per month
