Tally Executive –

📌 Role Overview

A Tally Executive (Tally Entry) is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting entries in Tally, and supporting administrative and documentation tasks.

🧾 Key Responsibilities

Enter daily financial transactions in Tally (Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal entries)
Maintain and update ledgers, vouchers, and cash/bank records
Prepare and manage invoices, bills, and purchase orders
Perform bank reconciliation (BRS)
Handle GST data entry and basic compliance support
Maintain records of expenses, income, and stock (if applicable)
Assist in monthly and yearly financial reporting
Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical & digital)
Coordinate with accountants, auditors, and other departments
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
