Job Title: Tally Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Tally Operator to manage accounting tasks using Tally ERP software. The ideal candidate will handle daily data entry, maintain financial records, and support the accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal entries

Manage GST, TDS, and other tax entries

Prepare invoices, bank reconciliations, and financial reports

Assist in monthly/quarterly closing activities

Coordinate with auditors and vendors for documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Requirements:

Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and banking transactions

Good typing speed and attention to detail

Strong communication and organizational skills.
