Tally Operater

Job Description: Tally operator (Well Versed in Tally)

Responsibilities:

·         Utilize Tally software to enter and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy.

·         Verify the accuracy of order information, including product details, quantities, pricing, and customer details.

·         Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.

·         Maintain updated records of all orders, including order status, tracking numbers, and delivery information.

·         Assist in resolving any order-related issues or customer complaints promptly and professionally.

·         Work closely with the accounting department to reconcile invoices and payments using Tally.

·         Follow established processes and standard operating procedures to maintain efficiency and quality in order processing.

Requirements:

·         Graduate

·         Proficiency in using Tally software

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of orders.

·         Effective communication skills to collaborate with various internal teams and provide customer support.

·         Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·         Familiarity with basic accounting principles and the ability to reconcile invoices and payments.

·         A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Timing: 9am to 6pm or 10am-7pm decide in interview
