Tally Operater

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our institution. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge in financial and accounting principles with hands-on experience in GST compliance, Tally, and other core financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and reports.

• Handle GST calculations, returns, and compliance filing.

• Operate and manage Tally Prime for all accounting entries.

• Manage bookkeeping activities and daily financial transactions.

• Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.

• Perform TDS calculations and filing in accordance with statutory requirements.

• Carry out bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in transactions.

• Monitor cash flow, manage petty cash, and maintain records of cash transactions.

• Oversee bank operations including fund transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.

• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, and tax regulations.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
