Recording sales, purchase, receipt, and payment vouchers
Assisting in invoice preparation and billing activities
Maintaining proper records of expenses and transactions
Handling data entry with accuracy and attention to detail
Assisting in bank reconciliation and ledger verification
Supporting GST, TDS, and basic accounting documentation work
Maintaining stock and inventory entries in Tally
Coordinating with accounts, store, and dispatch departments for data updates
Assisting in packaging, labeling, and order preparation when required
Helping in dispatch coordination and maintaining packaging material records
Organizing and maintaining accounting files and stock records
Assisting senior accountants in daily operational activities
Following company accounting procedures, hygiene, and workplace discipline standards
