Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tally Operator to manage daily accounting entries, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate bookkeeping using Tally ERP/Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Tally, and good organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal vouchers.
Generate invoices, quotations, debit notes, and credit notes.
Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Assist in GST data preparation and statutory compliance.
Maintain stock and inventory records in Tally (if applicable).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Organize and maintain accounting documents and records.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance team for audit and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Certification in Tally ERP/Tally Prime preferred.
Experience
Fresher to 2 years of experience as a Tally Operator or Accounts Assistant.
Freshers with strong Tally knowledge are encouraged to apply.
