Job Description 1: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective corporate, institutional, and project clients
Introduce company products and services (HVAC, Air Conditioning solutions, projects)
Fix meetings for the sales / technical team
Follow up on leads generated through databases, websites, and campaigns
Maintain call records, client details, and follow-up status in CRM / Excel
Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and polite calling approach
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM)
Ability to handle rejection and follow up professionally
Preferred Profile
Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years experience in telecalling / telesales
Experience in B2B, real estate, HVAC, or services sales is an advantage
