Job Description: Account Assistant / Tally Executive

About the Role

Noble Enterprises is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Account Assistant / Tally Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall accounts operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, basic accounting, and bookkeeping.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Handle Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, Journal, Contra entries

Prepare and maintain Ledgers, Cash Book, Bank Book

Perform Bank Reconciliation and vendor/customer reconciliation

Assist in preparing GST workings, TDS calculations, and monthly returns

Manage petty cash, expense entries, and payment follow-ups

Assist in invoice creation, billing, and documentation

Maintain proper filing of all financial documents

Coordinate with internal departments for account-related information

Support the senior accountant in monthly closing and audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience as Account Assistant / Tally Executive

Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Good understanding of Accounting Principles

Experience with GST, TDS, and reconciliation

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)

Good communication and data management skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
