Tally Executive

Job Title: Accounts (Tally – Fresher)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented fresher with basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime to join our accounts team. The candidate will assist in daily accounting operations, data entry, and financial record maintenance while learning and growing in the field of accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally ERP/Prime.

• Assist in managing purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.

• Support in maintaining ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliation.

• Generate and prepare basic accounting reports from Tally.

• Assist the senior accountant with GST, TDS, and other compliance work.

• Organize and maintain financial documents properly.

• Perform other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting / Finance or equivalent (Freshers can apply).

• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime is mandatory.

• Understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit, ledgers, vouchers).

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
