Job Title: Tally Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally Operator to manage daily accounting tasks, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure smooth billing and ledger management using Tally software.

Key Responsibilities

Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally
Maintain purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries
Generate invoices, e-way bills, and billing documents
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
Maintain stock and inventory records (if applicable)
Prepare GST data and assist in return filing
Handle data accuracy and proper documentation
Coordinate with accounts team for financial reports

Qualification

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (Commerce preferred)
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
