Operational Excellence: Oversee shop floor 5S, safety, and output targets.

Technical Reporting: Maintain SIM, OEE, and MDR reports accurately.

Quality & Training: Evaluate worker performance and ensure zero-defect production.

🕒 Shift & Logistics

Shifts: Rotational Day Shifts (No Night Shifts).

Offs: Rotational Weekly Off.

Important: candidate should be fluent in Hindi,tamil and english.(Male Preferred).
