1. Take up the functions like payment processing, invoicing, receivable management and cash management.
2. Hands on experience and knowledge in Tally ERP and expertise in all the tools and features provided therein. Inventories, Branch accountings, master maintenance, cost centres, MIS generation, export\import excel & PDF, data consolidation.
3. GST accounting - purchases, sales, input credit, output tax and other components. Monthly GST.
4. return preparation and filings. GST - Reconciliation of GSTR 3B, GSTR 2A, GSTR 1, Cash and Credit ledger with Books. Should be aware of end-to-end processing of GST (Invoicing, Return filing, portal functions, etc)
5. Accounting for bank transactions and bank reconciliation.
6. Processing of payments to Vendors, consultants and staff
7. Creditors aging and ledger confirmations of the balances.
8. Annual closing of accounts, provisioning and finalization of accounts.
9. TDS - ensuring appropriate percentage deduction, payment, default corrections and TDS procedures.
10.Sales invoicing to clients as per the purchase orders.
11.Managing colleagues, workloads, deadlines and is process oriented.
12.Maintain expense files and accurate historical records, correspond with other departments /vendors and respond to queries.
13. Produce monthly reports, assist with month end closing, provide supporting documentation for audits and tax returns.
14. Prepare invoices for cost & expenses, look after account payables, annual budget monitoring, budget analysis, and MIS report.
15. Responsible for ensuring smoothness and objectivity of the auditing process & act as a single point of contact for internal & external audits of the company.
16. Provide support in managing Bank accounts, mapping accounting process, documentation, implementation, review, and recommend changes for process improvement.

18.Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
19. Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
20. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
