Specialty Product Associate J.P. As an Specialty Operations Associate in the Trade & Working Capital team, you will establish and run a governance framework that tracks project milestones, operating metrics, and delivery health across priority initiatives. You will analyze complex data and inputs to generate executive-ready insights and enable timely, high-quality decisions and escalations. You will collaborate with cross-functional global stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and embed operating rhythms that improve accountability and outcomes. Job Responsibilities : Establish a comprehensive governance framework to track project milestones and business metrics. Analyze complex information and synthesize insights to support timely, high-quality decisions. Create and refine executive-ready presentations, dashboards, and weekly reports for senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and maintain delivery momentum. Escalate issues through a clear matrix to manage risks and crisis situations effectively. Influence stakeholders and build strong relationships to drive adoption of governance standards and operating rhythms. Lead team focus areas with disciplined execution, ensuring accuracy, control, and on-time outcomes. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities : 8+ years in financial services with business knowledge of trade products and stakeholder engagement experience Strong analytical capability with experience analyzing and synthesizing large datasets to produce actionable insights High proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Project; ability to develop compelling storyboards Exceptional communication and organization skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver accurately under tight deadlines Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities : Working knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx for data preparation and visualization Understanding of Global Trade Finance lifecycle for imports and exports and banking involvement across borders Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and problem-solving rigor Experience influencing management and internal stakeholders to embed governance practices and KPI discipline JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
