Focusing team members on key quality drivers for work assignments Building positive relationships with internal professionals and client personnel by demonstrating integrity and genuineness Knowledge in the review of statutory and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) income tax provisions Knowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures (e.g. DRD, OID, Intercompany Deferrals, Corporate Actions, etc.) Basic experience with corporate taxation, consolidations and a solid knowledge of ASC 740, Form 1120PC, Form 1120L. Income tax support for income tax experience for Insurance companies as well as C Corporations Basic Experience in applying the IRS rules regarding Investment, Market discount, OID Premium and loss reserve. We are looking for the candidates with the following: (Qualifications) Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance At least 6 months-3 years of experience, preferably in the similar field.
