Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report (R2R)

Your role and responsibilities As Senior Process Analyst - Record to Report (R2R), you are responsible for general accounting which includes reconciliations, preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss account, Fixed Assets accounting, Inter-Company accounting, Cash & Bank Accounting financial analysis and reporting. Your primary responsibilities include: · Co-ordinate all accounting activities associated with General Ledger particularly fixed assets, inter-company, inventory, cash and bank, indirect tax, and accruals. · Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability, and propose appropriate actions. · Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise · Commerce graduate with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the Record to Report (R2R) domain. · Experience in preparing Balance Sheets, handling Month-End Close, Fixed Assets, Inter-Company, and Cash Reconciliations. · Posting Journal entries and recording the transaction in the ERP. · Proven expertise in coordinating audits and managing customer expectations. · Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for Management reviews Preferred technical and professional experience · Proficient in MS Office applications and any ERP software as an end-user. · Ambitious individual who can work under their direction towards agreed targets/goals. · Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives. · Enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications etc. Years of Experience: 4 - 6 ABOUT BUSINESS UNIT IBM Consulting is IBM’s consulting and global professional services business, with market leading capabilities in business and technology transformation.
