Senior Order Management & Billing Specialist Clarivate is seeking to hire an Order Management & Billing Advisor to join our global Finance team based in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will have a background in order management, billing, and related processes, as well as experience working with relevant software systems. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end order management process and ensuring accurate billing and revenue recognition. The Order Management & Billing Specialist will work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and customer service, to provide exceptional service to our clients. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments... Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in Order Management, Billing, Credit/Rebill processing, and customer case management. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite, Zuora, and other ERP/CRM platforms. Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional workloads while consistently meeting SLAs, accuracy, and quality standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiencies. Experience working with global cross-functional teams and leveraging operational metrics to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. It would great if you also had... What will you be doing in this role?... Manage end-to-end order management, including order processing, fulfilment, billing, and customer support for order-related inquiries. Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and global teams to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order execution. Support billing operations by generating invoices, resolving billing issues, processing payments, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition. Maintain data integrity through regular reconciliations and upkeep of customer and order information in Salesforce, Oracle, and NetSuite. Drive continuous process improvements by analyzing operational data, generating reports, and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
