The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EPM Planning , implementation lifecycle management, business process design, and stakeholder engagement. The candidate will lead end-to-end Oracle EPM Planning implementations, drive solution architecture, collaborate with finance and business teams, and deliver scalable planning and forecasting solutions that support enterprise-wide financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering workshops with Finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders. Design and implement Oracle EPM Planning solutions for: Budgeting Forecasting Long-Range Planning Workforce Planning Capital Planning Project Financial Planning Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle EPM solutions. Define planning models, business rules, data forms, dashboards, KPIs, and reports. Experience Level Senior Level
