Role Accountability Initiate projects aiming towards process improvements, productivity enhancement, and better quality Support Sales Team & working closely with the Channel Head/NSM/ZSM to help reduce declines and boost approval rates Regular engagement with regional sales team for application volumes forecasting per month & delivery which can help in ensuring maximizing sales throughput & accounts booking in same month for the business Manage overall inventory to ensure all business metrics are adhered to Perform detailed analysis on Inflows to reduce volumes Drive initiatives for process improvements, automation and enhance customer experience Monitor VIC & reviewing processes to enhance productivity/ save man-hours and eliminate NVAs Ensure all business projects are delivered as per timelines keeping RBI/ other regulatory guidelines in mind to ensure implementation is sustained post development Monitor TAT of resolution, quality and process accuracy for all financial and non financial transactions handled by the unit Facilitate and supervise internal audits for monitoring key critical financial and non financial processes Ensure all audit findings and observations are adhered to and sustained Ensure process has sufficient contingency /BCP which can support smooth functioning of operations in adverse conditions/environment Collaborate with key stakeholders like Risk, Sales and Information Technology teams to ensure a World Class Originations’ platform (LOS) is maintained for seamless sourcing/lead management, processing and underwriting of new applications Ensure end to end tracking of entire process for new products to prevent leakages and process breakdowns Ensure process documentation and compliance adherence Measures of Success Accuracy % FTE productivity TAT adherence for sub-processes Voice of Customer No adverse observations in internal/external Technical Skills / Experience / Certifications Knowledge of Origination process/tools Understanding of credit policy framework Competencies critical to the role Analytical Ability Innovation & Problem Solving Detail Orientation Process Orientation Stakeholder Management Qualification Graduate in any discipline Preferred Industry FSI Experience Level Senior Level
