Responsibilities Manage end-to-end finance operations across AP (P2P), AR (O2C), and R2R processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance and support to achieve SLA and KPI targets. Drive process efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives. Handle client communication and stakeholder engagement, maintaining high service quality. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively. Implement process improvements and support automation projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in finance operations, with a proven track record of success.
