Job Description Primary functions & responsibilities Elicit and document business requirements and ensure alignment to business outcomes and KPI’s Create user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation. Assist with backlog refinement and sprint planning. Support testing, UAT coordination, and defect triage. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements. Assist with project documentation and meeting materials. Track action items and ensure follow-up with stakeholders. Develop subject matter expertise across client platforms. Qualifications Experience & Background 6-8 years of business analysis, consulting, or technology experience. Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and project management best practices. Comfortable presenting to business and technology leaders Exposure to asset management, financial services, or capital markets preferred Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
