Job Description Business Analyst with Technical Skills, strong Finance & Accounts (F&A) domain expertise to join our Hyper Automation technology solutions team. The role requires expertise in hyperautomation platforms, workflow solutions, AI-driven automation tools, and ERP ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Finance & Accounting functions. Act as a techno-functional consultant for HyperAutomation initiatives and digital transformation projects, to design and implement automation solutions. Manage requirements across multiple accounts, projects, and business units simultaneously. Support solution configuration, workflow design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities. Process improvement initiatives using AI, workflow automation, and intelligent automation technologies. Qualifications Required Skills 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst. Strong domain expertise in Finance & Accounts (F&A). Experience in: Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) Banking Operations Financial Processes and Controls Strong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes. Technical Skills Experience working with HyperAutomation platforms, applications, and solutions. Knowledge of: Hyper Apps Hyper Automation Frameworks Process Workflow Solutions AI-driven Automation Tools Business Process Automation Technologies Experience with software configuration, solution implementation, and technical integrations. Ability to work in a techno-functional consulting environment. ERP & Enterprise Systems (Preferred) Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP platform: SAP Oracle ERP Other ERP and Finance Boundary Applications Understanding of ERP integration and finance system landscapes.
