Senior Business Analyst – nCino Experience: 8+ Years Domain: Commercial Banking / Commercial Lending Platform: nCino / Salesforce Role: Senior Business Analyst Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior nCino Business Analyst with strong Commercial Banking and Lending domain knowledge to support nCino implementation and transformation programs. The candidate should have hands-on experience translating lending business requirements into nCino functional solutions and working closely with Business, Product, Technology, QA and implementation teams. The role requires strong understanding of Commercial Loan Origination, Credit Assessment, Underwriting, Approval and Lending workflows , along with proven Business Analysis and stakeholder-management capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement-gathering and discovery workshops with Commercial Lending, Credit, Risk and Operations stakeholders. Analyse As-Is lending processes and define optimized To-Be processes using nCino capabilities . Translate business requirements into BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria . Support configuration and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System / Commercial Lending capabilities . Work across the lending lifecycle including customer onboarding, loan origination, credit assessment, underwriting, credit memo, approval, documentation and closing . Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and standard nCino functionality and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with nCino/Salesforce architects, developers and integration teams on functional solution design. Support integrations between nCino and surrounding banking platforms, credit/risk systems, document-management solutions and third-party services. Lead backlog refinement, requirement walkthroughs and functional clarification throughout Agile delivery. Define UAT scenarios, support business testing, defect triage and resolution, and facilitate business sign-off. Act as the functional bridge between Business, Credit/Risk stakeholders and Technology teams . Support implementation readiness, training, deployment and post-production stabilization. Mandatory Skills & Experience 8+ years of Business Analysis experience , preferably within Banking and Financial Services. Strong hands-on experience as a Business Analyst on nCino implementation/transformation projects . Strong understanding of Commercial Banking / Commercial Lending . Good knowledge of Loan Origination and Credit Lifecycle , including credit assessment, underwriting, approval, collateral/security and documentation. Experience translating business requirements into nCino functional design and configuration requirements . Strong knowledge of Salesforce/nCino data model, workflows and platform capabilities from a functional perspective. Strong experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, process mapping, fit-gap analysis, acceptance criteria and UAT . Experience working with Agile/Scrum delivery teams using Jira and Confluence . Excellent client-facing communication, workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Skills nCino certifications such as Commercial Banking Functional/Configuration certifications are highly desirable. Salesforce certifications, experience with nCino integrations/APIs, Credit Memo, Document Manager, Covenant/Collateral Management and experience delivering large-scale Commercial Lending transformation programs would be advantageous.
