Banking Operations Senior Representative Identify and assess request received from the internal teams and contact the customer through email / SMS requesting the required details. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Communicate with the internal teams and customer over email in English language including proper grammar and sentence structure. Adhere to all appropriate and agreed standardized processes and procedures. Review and keep up to date, and fully abide by the process operational and administrative procedures and ensure process compliance. Participating in the training programs based on business needs.
