Senior - Audit Business (Holland) • Proposed designation Senior • Role type Individual contributor with team & people management • If supervisory: – Span of control would be 3-4 members – Act as the Performance Manager to 3-4 appraisees and lead the career development of team members. • Reporting to Assistant Manager/Manager • Geo to be supported Holland Work timings 9:00 am to 5:30 pm subject to client deliverables and commitments • Managing international clients and leading the audits with high-quality delivery. • Collaborate to plan engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately addresses risk. • Evaluate the work requirements of audits for clients. • Supervise junior engagement team members and develop them through effectively delegating audit tasks and providing guidance to assurance staff. • Write audit reports and present findings to clients and upper management. • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations. • Monitor the engagement team's progress against the plan and alter it when needed. • Deliver quality auditing services to clients and their stakeholders. • Direct fieldwork manages engagement economics and inform supervisors of the audit engagement status. • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with audit client personnel, assess audit clients' satisfaction and proactively maintain contact with the audit client throughout the year. • Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of team members • Motivate and develop Executives to be effective team leaders This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications • A qualified CA/ACCA (ideally 1st attempt) Work experience • Must have 2-3 years of relevant experience with international business, manufacturing, trading and service industry, public sector and financial services with a track record of academic and professional success • Past Big 4 experience is preferred. Mandatory technical & functional skills • Extremely high level of comfort with spreadsheets, MS word and Power point. • Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
