Job Description Job description Senior Associate - Fund Accounting Responsible for the review and processing of complex alternative investments. Career level professional leading small, moderately complex projects or working on complex tasks that require a high degree of judgement, resourcefulness, and self-initiative. Demonstrates specialized expertise to evaluate wide-ranging and complex issues and develop creative solutions. Recommends new procedures. Minimally requires a Master's degree and 1 years of related experience, Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or high school degree and 5 years of related experience. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline Experience/knowledge in alternative investments, with a focus on private equity The ideal candidate should be highly motivated; a self-starter who can meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong Excel knowledge (Pivot Table, Sumif, V-lookup) Analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex alternative investment data Tech savvy, ability to quickly learn new technology Team player mentality with ability to partner with various departments and levels 1-3 years working experience in financial services Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
