Job Description Experience: 1-3 Years Experience of handling Manual payments and AP Immediate Joiner preferred Key Responsibilities: Prepare and execute vendor payments through manual, ACH, and ERP-based payment runs. Create, validate, and upload payment batches in bank portals while ensuring compliance with approval controls. Process and post transactions accurately in ERP systems. Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to address payment queries and ensure timely settlements. Maintain payment documentation, support audits, and adhere to company policies and internal controls. Skills Required: The candidate should be immediate joiner. B. Com or equivalent degree in accounting profession. Hands-on experience in AP Payment processing, banking portals and ERP systems. Good understanding of payment methods, vendor reconciliations, and accounting principles. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder communication skills.
