Job Title: Senior Manager – Accounts
Location: Mumbai

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Accounts to manage end-to-end accounting operations at our organization based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complete books of accounts through finalization and ensuring full statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete books of accounts up to finalization
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Perform bank reconciliations and maintain General Ledger entries
Prepare MIS reports for management review
Support internal and statutory audits
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Tally/ERP software and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills are mandatory and critically important, as the role involves regular coordination and interaction with Big 4 firms and external auditors.
