Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts in Tally ERP.

Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

2. Taxation & Compliance

Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9).

Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and returns.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and deadlines.

3. Manufacturing & Trading Accounting

Manage cost accounting for manufacturing processes.

Maintain stock registers, material in/out records, and production costing.

Handle accounts related to raw materials, finished goods, and scrap sales.

4. Financial Reporting

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.

Assist management in budgeting and financial planning.

Provide financial data for audits and coordinate with auditors.
