Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Sr Account Executive to manage key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of services or products. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between the company and its clients while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
Prepare reports on account status, sales performance, and forecasts
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly
Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and convert them
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to meet account objectives
Monitor billing, collections, and contract renewals
Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings and client industries
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts/projects simultaneously
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Financial acumen for pricing, budgeting, and invoicing
Preferred Experience:
Background in B2B client management or sales
