Qualifications : MBA Finance / B.com

Note : Need someone proficient in Proficient in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or restaurant-specific ERPs like Posist, Petpooja, Toast).

Role and Responsibilities:
1. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and labor laws.
2. Manage financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
3. Control food, labor, and overhead costs while analyzing KPIs to improve profitability.
4. Ensure tax, payroll, and regulatory compliance while maintaining strong internal controls.
5. Lead and coordinate with finance, HR, and operations teams for smooth financial planning and execution.
