Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
Monitor and reconcile balance sheets, bank statements, and general ledger accounts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulations.
Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Supervise junior accountants and provide guidance where required.
Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
Prepare tax returns and ensure timely submission of statutory filings
