Position Title: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant
Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and finance (preferably from a CA firm background)
Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Commerce / Finance (mandatory), CA Inter / CMA (preferred), with experience in a CA firm (highly preferred).

About the role:
The Finance Manager / Senior Accountant role is designed for experienced professionals with strong expertise in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance. The role involves managing core accounting functions, financial reporting, audits, and compliance activities. Over time, the selected candidate will be groomed to head the entire finance function of the group, taking ownership of financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle complete accounting operations and ensure accurate finalization of books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards
Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
Manage GST compliance including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other applicable GST returns
Handle TDS compliance including filing of Form 24Q, 26Q, 27Q, issuance of Form 16 and Form 16A, and ensuring timely deductions and deposits
Manage Income Tax compliance, including advance tax calculations, return filing, and coordination for assessments
Perform regular reconciliations such as bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation
Support statutory and internal audits, including preparation of audit schedules and coordination with auditors
Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable, prepare MIS reports for management, and supervise junior accounting staff to ensure smooth financial operations
Required Skills Set:
• 5+ years of experience in accounting & finance (CA firm preferred)
• Strong knowledge of finalization, GST, TDS, and audits
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel
• Experience in financial reporting and reconciliations
• Strong team handling and analytical skills
Nice-to-Have (Preferred):
• Experience in CA firm environment handling multiple clients
• Exposure to ERP tools (SAP / Zoho Books)
• Knowledge of MIS reporting and variance analysis
• Understanding of payroll compliances (PF, ESIC, PT)
• Strong coordination with auditors and management
