Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
 Manage month-end closings, reconciliations, and financial reporting.  Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and tax regulations.  Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.  Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.  Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance.  Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred).  5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.  Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks).  Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.  Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and deadline management.  Leadership experience and effective communication skills.
