Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Reconciliations

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements

• Handle costing, inventory accounting, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations

• Ensure compliance with tax regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely audit completion

• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities

• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and processes

• Support management with financial insights and reporting for decision-making

• Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts as per accounting standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com)

• CA / CMA (preferred but not mandatory)
